Tydineal and Tydibact plus cream differ in their actives though both are from the same Azole family. Tydineal is a Compound ketoconazole cream comprising of Neomycin and Clobetasol Propionate while Tydibact plus is a compound Clotrimazole cream comprising of Neomycin and Betamethasone Dipropionate. Both are second generation antifungal creams but with slight distinction from one another. Clotimazole is a molecule of choice for fungal infections caused by candida sp. e.g diaper rashes, bra rash, jock itch, otomycosis and infections in body folds.

Betamethasone in Tydibact plus is a milder anti-inflammatory agent than Clobetasol in Tydineal, therefore it is preferable for use in children and in adult with mixed topical infection with mild or no inflammation.

However, Tydineal is very effective against all the superficial dermatophytes that causes fungal infections and rashes on the skin.

Tydineal cream is available in all registered pharmacy and patient medical stores nationwide.
